P.S.

Maybe we should buy a big S.U.V. so John can get to work, etc!

Plus, wouldn't it help the auto industry?!!

Ha!

Laura and John,
Have you wondered what
happened to us?

On Hallowe'en afternoon,
Deanie was out back raking
leaves. As she pushed down
on the leaves, the wheel
borrow tipped, and she fell
on the rim, fracturing her
sternum.

Its been a long journey,
through terrible pain,
and pain meds, twice at
St Mary Mercy Hospital,
and twice at Heartland,
Plymouth Court. A family
member has been with me,
taking turns, all this
time.

In recent days the pain
has eased, and she was
able to come off all the
pain meds, and made rapid
recovery, so that she was
able to come home for a
visit on Christmas Day.
Her release date is not
known, and Rehab people
are concerned about our
stairs and steps and other
conditions. Before all
this happened we had
started thinking of moving
to a one story dwelling.
Now it seems even more
needed.

So many people including
Northville Church, and Karen D. have giving of
their moral support, prayers, and we were even
touched by an angel.

All this time I have been
thinking of you, and, tho
impossible to find a moment
to log in,have prayed.

So glad to hear that healing is continuing.

Bob and Deanie

Hi, Laura! I accidentally came across your site (but there are no accidents) so-- I have taken the journey you've taken, and Dr. Malviya is my doctor too!! I just finished my 7th chemo session and at this point I'm 99 percent sure I won't do #8 or 9 because of slight toe numbness. I was surprised to see you did all 9, even though you did have a bit of numbness. I thought we stopped right away if that happened. Do you have any words of wisdom you can offer me? Congratulations on being finished with your chemo!
